Cooling-Off PeriodIf you enter into an Application Form, you have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 calendar days from the date you electronically sign the Application Form. During this cooling-off period, you may cancel without incurring any fees or penalties, and any amounts transferred to Moneda Capital will be refunded in full, provided they have not already been deployed in accordance with the terms of the Programme.
How to CancelTo exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email at clientcare@monedacapital.co.uk within the 14-day period. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
Refund TimingUpon receipt of your cancellation notice, and provided the funds have not been allocated to an investment tranche, Moneda Capital will process a refund to your originating bank account. Refunds will be issued as soon as reasonably practicable, and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is received.
LimitationsPlease note that once your investment has been allocated to a specific bond tranche or asset-backed subscription, cancellation may no longer be available. In such cases, you will remain bound by the terms of the Application Form.
